A great start to your day. Vegetarian sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, 2 eggs and 2 rounds of toast.

Vegetarian Breakfast - £6

 

750g of lamb mince with finely chopped onions and 2 cloves of crushed garlic.

Oregano, mint, bay leaf and cinnamon added. Red wine, sea salt and olive oil infuse the taste.

Maris piper potatoes and parmesan cheese top your meal.

Lamb Moussaka - £7

 

500g lean minced beef soaked with beef stock cubes and carrots, 1kg of potatoes and garden peas.

2 onions, 300g of carrots and a splash of worcestshire sauce are added to a handful of chopeed parsley.

Hot Pot - £6

 

1lb of mushrroms (approx 25) are lightly cooked for 15  minutes in 3 tablesppons of butter. Stems are trimmed but not removed.

Half teaspoon of sea salt and quarter teaspoon of freshly ground pepper are tossed into the pan with 2 cloves of garlic and fresh thyme leaves.

Garlic Mushrooms - £4

 

8oz sirloin steak is cooked with 25g of unsalted butter and 350ml of red wine.

Chopped shallots and fresh thyme with redcurrant jelly and grainy mustard ard added to enhance the flavour.

Served with new potaotes and garden peas.

Red Wine Steak - £9

 

2 locally sourced sausages are cooked in a light drizzle of olive oil infused with lemon.

Sliced dresh tomatoes simmer with mushrooms and eggs and bacon.

Brown or white toast is added.

Full English Breakfast - £6

 

1 cup red onion cooked with garlic and green peppers and marinated with chicken breast for 80 minutes.

Oyster sauce and sesame oil added as the cooking progresses.

Served with rice.
