8oz sirloin steak is cooked with 25g of unsalted butter and 350ml of red wine.
Chopped shallots and fresh thyme with redcurrant jelly and grainy mustard ard added to enhance the flavour.
Served with new potaotes and garden peas.
2 locally sourced sausages are cooked in a light drizzle of olive oil infused with lemon.
Sliced dresh tomatoes simmer with mushrooms and eggs and bacon.
Brown or white toast is added. Please state which you prefer when ordering.
1 cup red onion cooked with garlic and green peppers and marinated with chicken breast for 80 minutes.
Oyster sauce and sesame oil added as the cookibg progresses.
Served with roast potatoes.
